Poem

So. I haven't written a poem in a while. Here are a few haikus.
...
Midnight snack search.
Sad, futile fridge excursions.
So cold, so empty.
...
I wished on a star
That one day, you would love me.
My wish has come true.
...
This watch is too loud.
It tick-tocks my life away.
And with sarcasm.
...
Thank you, thank you *bows*

Yes, I certainly am still a Vivienne Westwood fan (I love her new shoes and dresses)
Sorry it's taken me so long to reply.
*to everyone*
I apologise for my crappiness at funny and art.

I remember you doing the star/love one for Publish or Perish. I liked it then, I like it now. Amazing how wishes can come true if you just wish upon a giant ball of burning gas.
Twinkle, twinkle, giant ball of burning gas,
How I wonder about your mass,
Are you bigger than all the rest?
And does that make you the best?
Twinkle, twinkle, giant ball of burning gas,
How I wonder about your mass.

I am so gifted, but you are too. I like the ones about snacking and watch...ing. They are my favourites. (grins)

I like the idea of a sarcastic watch.

The first line of the first Haiku is four syllables, not five. Just thought I'd mention.

it doesn't rhyme :(

It doesn't rhyme because it's a haiku. Haikus don't rhyme. It is the Japanese poetry of syllables.
Stoofid.
